HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform built for running outbound at scale. Connecting HeyReach to Knock2 lets you automatically add the contacts Knock2 identifies into your HeyReach campaigns, so website visitors flow straight into your LinkedIn sequences.
HeyReach connects with an API key and is shared across your workspace.
What you'll need
A HeyReach account with API access
At least one campaign in HeyReach that is linked to a LinkedIn (sender) account β HeyReach requires every lead to be associated with a LinkedIn account
Admin access in Knock2 to connect a workspace integration
Step 1: Get your HeyReach API key
Log in to HeyReach.
Go to your account settings and copy your API key (under Settings β API keys).
Step 2: Connect HeyReach in Knock2
In the Knock2 dashboard, open the App Marketplace.
Find HeyReach in the Sequencing category and click Connect.
Paste your HeyReach API key and save.
Step 3: Add contacts with a Workflow
Go to Workflows and create or edit a workflow.
Choose Contacts as the source and set your filters.
For the output, select HeyReach and choose the campaign you want to add contacts to.
Because HeyReach sends from a specific LinkedIn account, select the LinkedIn account associated with that campaign if prompted.
Save and activate.
Good to know
Every HeyReach campaign must be connected to a LinkedIn account before Knock2 can add leads to it. If a campaign isn't linked to a LinkedIn account in HeyReach, it won't be available as a destination.
