The Website Agent is an AI-powered chat widget you can add to your site. It answers visitor questions, engages high-intent traffic in real time, and can route qualified visitors to your team.
If you don't see the Website Agent, it may not be enabled for your workspace yet — message support and we'll turn it on.
Where to manage it
Open Website Agent from the main left-hand navigation to view and interact with it.
Configure it under Settings → Integrations → Website Agent.
What you can configure
Behavior & instructions — give the agent custom instructions and set how detailed its responses should be.
Branding — match your brand colors and choose whether the widget auto-expands.
Actions / CTAs — add calls to action, such as booking a meeting.
Meeting routing — connect ChiliPiper to route qualified chat leads straight to your team's scheduling.
Privacy — link your privacy policy so it's shown to visitors.
Getting started
Make sure the Knock2 script is installed on your site.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Website Agent and configure instructions, branding, and actions.
Save your changes — the agent will appear on your site based on your settings.
