Outbound is Knock2's built-in sequencing engine. Instead of only pushing contacts to an external sequencer, you can build and run outreach sequences directly inside Knock2.
If you don't see Outbound, it may not be enabled for your workspace yet — message support and we'll turn it on.
Where to find it
Open Outbound from the main left-hand navigation.
How it works
Add identified contacts to a sequence — manually from a record, or automatically from a Play.
Contacts move through your sequence steps automatically.
Sending requires a connected email — set this up first so the agent can send on your behalf.
Getting started
Connect your email (see Connecting your Email).
Open Outbound and create a sequence.
Add contacts directly, or wire a Play output to enroll them automatically.
