Give Knock2's AI the context it needs about your business to write and route better.

The Knowledge section is where you teach Knock2's AI about your business. The more context you provide, the better the AI performs — from writing outreach to answering visitor questions in the Website Agent.


Where to find it

Go to Settings → Intelligence → Knowledge.


What to add

  • Company Profile — what you do, who you serve, and your value proposition.

  • Company Intelligence / FAQs — common questions and the answers you'd want given.

  • Winning Email Examples — examples of outreach that works, so the AI can match your voice.

  • Website Links — key pages the AI should reference.

  • Documents — supporting material that helps the AI understand your business.


Tips

  • Keep it current — update your knowledge as your messaging and positioning evolve.

  • Concrete examples (real FAQs, real winning emails) improve quality the most.
