What gets enriched
Contact details — name, job title, seniority, and verified work email
Company details — company name, domain, industry, size, and other firmographics
Email validation — emails are checked for deliverability so your outreach lands
How it works
Enrichment runs automatically behind the scenes. Knock2 draws on multiple high-quality data sources and combines them to return the most complete, accurate record possible — prioritizing verified information. You don't need to configure anything; it just happens as part of identification.
Enrichment also runs as part of your Plays, so records are fully filled in before they're activated to your CRM, sequences, or other destinations.
Credits
Enrichment consumes credits. You can track your usage anytime in Settings → Usage.
