How it works
When a visitor chats with your Website Agent and qualifies, ChiliPiper routes them to the right rep and surfaces a scheduling flow so they can book a meeting on the spot.
How to connect
Go to Settings → Integrations → App Marketplace.
Find ChiliPiper and click Connect.
Authorize the connection and choose the routing you'd like to use.
In your Website Agent settings, enable meeting booking as a call-to-action.
