Email notifications keep you and your team up to date on new identifications and activity — delivered straight to your inbox, without needing to log in.


Where to set it up

Go to Settings → Notifications → Email.


Managing subscriptions

  • Admins can add any teammate to email notifications and set their frequency.

  • Reps can subscribe themselves.

  • Choose a delivery frequency (for example, a daily summary) that fits how your team works.


Tips

  • Tune your Lead Score and Filters so notifications highlight the accounts that matter most.

  • Prefer real-time alerts in your channels? Pair email with Slack or Microsoft Teams notifications.
