Managing Your Plan & Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or reactivate your Knock2 subscription from the Plan settings.

Your Plan settings are where you manage your Knock2 subscription — compare plans, change tiers, or reactivate a canceled subscription.


Where to find it

Go to Settings → Plan. (Plan and billing settings are available to workspace admins.)


What you can do

  • Compare plans — review what's included at each tier.

  • Upgrade or downgrade — switch plans; changes go through secure Stripe checkout.

  • Reactivate — restart a canceled subscription.


Billing & invoices

To manage payment methods and view invoices, go to Settings → Billing, which opens your secure Stripe billing portal. To understand credits and usage against your plan, see Understanding Your Usage & Credits.


Deactivated accounts

If a subscription lapses, access is limited to the Plan and Billing pages so you can reactivate — your data is waiting for you when you return.
