Step 1: Install the Tracking Script

  • Navigate to Settings > Script to copy your personalized script

  • Add the script to your website's <head>

  • The script works on any website platform, including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, and custom-built sites

Step 2: Identify Your First Visitors

  • Once installed, our script begins identifying website visitors in real time

  • You don't need to take any additional action—visitor data automatically populates in your dashboard

Step 3: Explore Your Dashboard

  • Your dashboard is the command center for all visitor insights

  • See who's visiting your site, what pages they're viewing, and key details about each person or company

  • Use filters to narrow down visitors by criteria like company size or industry

Step 4: Set Up Slack Notifications

  • Go to the Settings > Slack section in your dashboard

  • Choose how you'd like to be alerted when high-value visitors arrive

Step 5: Connect Your CRM

  • Integrate your CRM (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to sync visitor data with your sales pipeline

  • Integrations let you push leads directly to your CRM for faster follow-up

  • Go to Settings > Integrations section in your dashboard
