To connect Slack, first create a new channel in your Slack account. For example, #knock2-leads.
Next, login to the dashboard, proceed to settings, then click Slack.
Click Connect.
You'll be redirected to Slack's website. Please ensure your correct Slack Channel is selected in the top right corner. Then select your channel and click "Allow".
You'll be redirected to sign in to Knock2. Then return to Slack Settings to configure filters.
Please note "Daily Questions" is only for AI Chat (Sidekick) Users.
Ensure "Company Leads and People Leads" is checked to receive notifications.
If you'd like, each Team Member can set up their own Slack channel with their own filters.
