To ensure compliance, we verify every user added to a Pemo account before issuing Pemo cards—including admins and account creators. The good news? It only takes a few minutes to complete! Check our video guide below

Pemo Power Tip: To complete your user verification you need to have a valid Iaqama ID with you during the process. You can find the expiry date of your ID using the Absher platform.

Access Verification

Click the "Verify My Profile" button on your within your "Get Started" flow or select it by clicking on your name in the bottom left corner.

2. Start Verification

Begin the process by clicking Continue.

3. Enter Personal Information

Provide your first and last name.

Indicate your gender and select your nationality (e.g., Egypt).

Add your date and place of birth, along with your full residential address.

If you don't speak Arabic you can use a translation tool to enter your name in Arabic, it's best to translate your first and last name separately for accuracy.

You can also find the expiry date of your ID using the Absher platform.

5. Agree to Terms

Accept the card terms and conditions.

6. Submit the Form

After filling in the required details, submit the form to continue.

7. Nafath Authentication

You’ll now need to authenticate your identity through the Nafath app by sending the verification request and then inputting the number shown on Pemo.

8. Verification Completed

A pop-up will confirm that your verification has been submitted. Your account will typically be activated instantly.

2. Start Verification
Upon opening the app, you'll be presented with steps to get set up. Select "Verify Your User Profile" from the checklist or navigate to your profile in the top right corner to find the verification option.
3. Begin the Process
Click "Verify Your User Profile" and begin the verification process.
4. Enter Personal Information
Provide your first and last name, specify your gender, and select your nationality (e.g., Egypt). Add your date and place of birth along with your ID details.
