How does billing work?
We bill based on card users. Essential Plan includes 2 cardholders free, with each extra cardholder costing 29 SAR/month.
Can I add or remove employees at any time?
Yes, admins can manage team members directly from the dashboard.
Does Pemo support multi-currency?
Yes, you can use Pemo corporate cards globally wherever Mastercard is accepted.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can adjust your plan in Settings > Billing.

Why is Mada Pay asking for a PIN on transactions above SAR 300?
You can set a PIN for your virtual card in the Pemo mobile app.
How to set your PIN:
Open the Pemo app and go to Cards.
Select your virtual card.
Tap Set/Change PIN and follow the prompts.
Can I top up from my personal bank account?
Top-ups from personal accounts are discouraged by SAMA policy. Transactions in KSA may still go through, sometimes with delays.
Do you offer single-use virtual cards (SUVC) in KSA?
Not yet. SUVC isn’t currently available in KSA.
How do chargebacks work in KSA? Do you offer chargeback advances?
Once you raise a dispute, we submit it to Neoleap. A response typically takes around six weeks. We don’t offer chargeback advances in KSA at this time.
My downloaded statement shows all data in one column. How do I fix it?
Use Excel’s Text to Columns tool to split your data.
Quick steps:
Open your file in Excel.
Select the affected column.
Go to Data → Text to Columns → Delimited → choose your delimiter (often comma) → Finish.

I need to pay a SADAD invoice, but the card isn’t accepted. What can I do?
You can use STC Pay. Top up a maximum of SAR 1,500 per day. Then pay SADAD invoices directly in the STC Pay app or withdraw cash without ATM fees.
