  • Your stress score shows how tense or wound up you feel.

  • A relaxation score shows how calm and at ease you feel.

  • They're opposite measures: high stress means low relaxation, and vice versa.

  • Your burnout score indicates mental stamina.

  • Mental stamina measures your mental energy reserves.

  • They're opposite measures: high burnout means low mental stamina.

  • Your fatigue score shows physical exhaustion.

  • Alertness measures sharpness and focus.

  • They're opposite measures: low fatigue means high alertness.
