Your guide to funding your Booking Holdings Sponsored Listings Account

In order to fund your account, you can use credit cards, Pix one-time payments or wire transfers. Please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Admin Tools tab in the left-hand navigation bar

  2. Select the Advertiser that you would like to fund

  3. Select the Payment tab in the middle navigation bar

  4. Add a payment method through the Manage Payments modal (not applicable for Pix)

  5. You can now add funds to your Advertiser at any time by clicking on Add Funds

  6. If you'd like to fund via Pix select "Make a One Time Payment"

Please note that while paying by card and Pix add funds instantly, a wire transfer requires a minimum of 5 working days to be processed. Sponsored Listings accounts operate only on a pre-payment basis, meaning payments need to be made in advance. Accepted pre-payment methods include credit cards, Pix and wire transfers.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If your credit card payment is declined:

  1. Verify that the card is properly selected in the interface.

  2. Check that you have sufficient funds available.

  3. Contact your card issuer to ensure they're not blocking the transaction.

  4. Consider using a wire transfer as an alternative method.
