Reporting is a key element to understanding data to analyze performance, see trends, and uncover ways to further optimize your investments in Booking Network Sponsored Ads.

The platform allows you to create reports and have them scheduled for delivery. What’s even more exciting is that you can have these reports delivered, automatically at a pre-defined schedule, to anyone in your organization regardless of whether they have access to your Booking Network account/s or not. You can even create a report for a one-time send.

How cool is this !!

1-2-3…. let's set some reports free

Step 1: Create your report on the reporting page

You can select the period, the currency, filter, and group data however you want, and select your preferred metrics to be displayed.

1. Click on the Reporting Page on the left-hand side

2. Build the report you need using the Time Range, Currency, Filters & Dimensions

  • Filters - Use filters to pull only what you want to see. For example, you can filter to only see campaigns with impressions > 0, or to only see performance for a specific hotel by filtering hotel name.

  • Dimensions - Selecting a Dimension under Filters and Dimensions allows you to split the data however you want. For example, you can view performance per traveler country, device type, hotel, daily date, campaign...

3. Select the Metrics for KPIs that are important for this report

  • You can move the Metrics columns and line them up as you prefer

  • You can remove Metrics that may not be needed

4. Click Apply

Note - Allow the report to completely load first before you click Save Report.

Step 2: Review & Save

Review the data on your screen. If all looks good, click Save

Note: use a name and description that is intuitive to you and the recipients

Step 3: Schedule & Distribute

1. Look under the Reporting menu in the left column. Click on Saved Reports

2. Scroll down to see the list of reports you have created.

3. Click on the "three dots” on the far right of the report you wish to schedule

4. Select Schedule Report then click on Create Schedule

5. Give this schedule a name, select when you want this report to be delivered (day of month and time of day)

6. Enter the email addresses of the recipients

Voilà! You did it, like a champion 🥳
