Funding your account via Wire Transfer

Information on how to fund your account using Wire Transfer as a Payment option. Details into how the process works, things remember.

We have a variety of available payment options to fund your Booking Network Sponsored Ads account, including Wire Transfer. With this option you are able to generate an invoice that contains the necessary payment details to complete payment.

How Does It Work?

  • Initiate Wire Transfer: You can initiate a wire transfer within the platform, specifying the correct billing contact and the invoice amount.

  • Email Notification: After initiating the wire transfer, you will receive an email from our payment provider with the requested invoice attached. This invoice contains all the necessary information for payment.

  • Wire Transfer History: You can access and track all the invoices issued. You can also physically download invoices from here.

  • Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully received, funds will automatically be applied to your account, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Reminders:

  • If you’ve funded via Wire Transfer previously (Prior to June 2024), Verify bank details in new invoices as they may differ from previous payments.

  • New invoices must go through this new in-platform process.

  • While this payment option is available for all currencies, at this time we can only accept wire transfers in USD. If you pay in a currency other than USD at your bank, your payment will be converted to USD (based on the exchange rate at the time of transfer).

  • Please note only the final amount processed will be added to your account, and any fees added by your bank in processing will be deduced from the final amount.

Getting Started:

To fund via Wire Transfer in the Booking Network Sponsored Ads UI, follow these steps:

  • Go to your admin tools and select the account you wish to fund.

  • Visit the payments tab and choose "Initiate Wire Transfer" under "Add Funds."

  • Enter the required information (email, invoice amount,) to generate the invoice.

  • Follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment.

  • Monitor the status of your invoice in admin tools next to your transaction history.
