How Does It Work?
Initiate Wire Transfer: You can initiate a wire transfer by generating the invoice within the platform, specifying the correct billing contact and the invoice amount.
Email Notification: After initiating the wire transfer, you will receive an email from our payment provider with the requested invoice attached. This invoice contains all the necessary information for payment.
Wire Transfer History: You can access and track all the invoices issued. You can also physically download invoices from here.
Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully received, funds will automatically be applied to your account, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Getting Started:
To fund your account via Wire Transfer in the Sponsored Listings UI, follow these steps:
Go to Advertiser Tools and select the account you wish to fund.
Navigate to the Payments tab and click "Wire Transfer" under "Add Funds."
Enter the desired billing amount to generate the invoice. Note: Fields like Account Name and Email Address are pre-filled and can’t be edited in this section. You will have to do it via Manage > Billing Details.
Check your email for the invoice and follow the payment instructions to complete.
Track your payment status in Advertiser Tools > Wire Transfer History.
Important Reminders:
Wire transfer invoices are generated in USD. While this payment option is available for all accepted currencies, please note that we will receive all payments in USD.
You may choose to pay in USD or another currency at your bank. If you pay in a currency other than USD, your bank will convert the payment to USD based on the exchange rate at the time of transfer. Additional bank fees or conversion charges may apply.
Only the final amount received in USD will be credited to your account and converted based on your account currency. Any bank fees or deductions during the entire transfer process will reduce the total amount applied.
If you’ve funded via Wire Transfer prior to June 2024, please note that our bank details have changed. Always verify the bank information in the new invoice, as it may differ from previous payments.
All new wire transfers invoice must be initiated through the in-platform process.
FAQs
Can I change the currency amount on the invoice?
No. Wire transfer invoices are only issued in USD. If you pay in a different currency, your payment will be converted to USD upon receipt based on the exchange rate at the time of transfer.
How do I complete the wire transfer payment?
Once you generate an invoice you’ll receive it via email, which will include the bank details needed to complete the transfer. If you can’t find or didn’t receive the email, you can access the invoice from the Wire Transfer History page.
What should I do when the billing details and legal entity shown when I create my invoice are incorrect?
If you need to update your account billing details, please do so before generating your invoice. To make changes: go to Advertiser Tools > Payment > Manage, then update your billing information accordingly
If I manage multiple advertiser accounts, are the payment details the same?
No. Each account has its own unique bank details. Always use the information provided in the invoice for each individual account to ensure your payment is correctly applied.
What should I do if I don’t see my payment in my Current Balance?
If the payment was made recently, allow 1-2 business days for it to be processed. In the meantime:
Check Transaction History to see if the payment was received.
Confirm with your issuing bank that the payment was successfully completed and not returned.
If the payment was successful but you don’t see a record of it in your transaction history, please reach out to the team at booking.sponsoredlistings@koddi.com and include a copy of the payment confirmation or remittance.
How can I void an invoice?
