Remove the backplate from your terminal by pressing down firmly on the arrow and sliding the cover downward.

Lift the tab the small tab on the left hand side of the battery and remove the battery

Insert a small device (such as the tip of a ball point pen) into the gap above the SIM card. This will lift the SIM card slightly allowing you to slide it out with your thumb or forefinger.
