If you would like a refund, simply show the merchant your e-receipt, which can be brought up by swiping up from the bottom of the app. Then tap "Transaction History".

This will bring up the receipt, which the merchant will scan, and then select the items that you would like refunded.

The refund will then be initiated, and the next time you look at your e-receipt, the refund will be displayed.
