Possible problems with your card causing a rejection response on your KodyPay app

Your card may have been rejected for multiple reasons. Before taking further action, double-check that you have typed in your details correctly.

For security reasons, we often can't tell you why a card has been rejected outside of the information provided in the KodyPay app. Information provided by the KodyPay app's interface will vary based on your problem and may sometimes enable a quick fix.

If the above still hasn't resolved the issue, please contact a member of the KodyPay team on the live chat or via email (support@kodypay.com). Please note that there may be an issue that only your bank can handle, so you may be advised to contact them.
