Manage your stock using the KodyPay Merchant Portal

Managing different items in your stock or on your menu with KodyPay is easy! You can filter and search for an individual item’s price range, name, ID/barcode, stock level, status, and for which stores are stocking the item. Using KodyPay, you can import a CSV of your current stock, saving you precious time and mistakes.

You can edit individual items easily by updating the name, weight, stock, category, or description. If your organisation has enabled restaurant functionality, you can add allergy settings, order customisations, and eat in/takeaway options.

As an admin, you have the opportunity to add various discounts to your product (e.g. 3 for 2). If you want to create more complex discounts, such as promoted meal deals, this can be done through the rewards side of the platform.

Remember to ensure that any changes you make are saved, which can be done by pressing "Save" at the bottom of your screen.
