As a vendor, you can access information for your individual store(s), so you are aware of what is going on at all times. With KodyPay, you can view the number of customers entering your stores at any given time and view relevant transaction data.

Using the staff dashboard for your store, you can select an action on multiple accounts at once, meaning you can organise staff arrangements promptly. You can edit individual staff profiles to easily reassign them to new stores, reset their passwords, and update their details.

To make sure that things continue to run smoothly and are audited correctly, we recommend that every KodyPay device used in-store is manned by a member of staff with an associated KodyPay staff account.
