While KodyPay provides a set of tools to help you reach your customer base, we don't give out individual customers' data. As a merchant using KodyPay, you can choose to offer new and exciting promotions to specific groups of customers. If you're part of our promotions beta, you can take part now. To get started, create a "customer group" in your "KodyPay promotions" tab. Here you can use all sorts of filters. These include age groups, interests, current average store spends, organisation affiliation, and more to build your ideal audience for your promotion. Next, set the offer and whether you'd like it to feature more prominently in areas such as KodyPay's local store search.

As your promotional period continues, you'll receive more data on how your customers are getting on with your promotion. You'll instantly receive tangible statistics such as an easy sales increase metric, customer groups picking up on your offer, and the overall cost of the promotion. As you continue these promotions, your insights will improve with time, which will drive sales and efficiency for your business.
