If you cannot remember your password for your KodyPay account, don't panic. Simply tap "Forgotten Password" on the login screen, enter your KodyPay email address, and a link will be sent to your email inbox. Tap on the link from your email, and you will be able to create a new password from there.

The email address that you enter will need to be linked with your KodyPay account when you set it up. Otherwise, we have no way to verify your identity. If you suspect your KodyPay account has been compromised by a third party, get in touch with support.
