What to do if you can't remember your password or can't log in.

Go to the login page (https://app.kognity.com) and request a new one.

Step 1: Click on “Forgot password”.

Step 2: Enter your email address (normally your school email address) into the box and click on "Send password reset email".

You will then receive an email that gives you instructions on how to reset your password.

If you get the message below you are either:

  • Using the wrong email address

  • Using the wrong password

  • Not registered as a user yet

The good news is that we can fix all three! Double-check the following:

  • The email address that you are using is the one that you were registered with.

  • If the problem is the password, you can reset it by entering your email address at https://app.kognity.com and requesting a new password.

  • If you still can't log in, please contact us at support@kognity.com and we'll help you get up and running.
