We’re excited to introduce a set of usability improvements that update how class information is organized on the dashboard. Teachers and school admins will now see a clearer menu that includes Active Classes, Inactive Classes, and School Info.
Admins will also see an additional tab: School Classes, which provides a schoolwide view of all classes.
Active Classes and Inactive Classes help users switch smoothly between current and past courses.
School Classes (admin-only) gives administrators visibility into every class across the school.
School Info offers quick, accessible statistics such as the total number of teachers, students, admins, and classes.
These changes make information easier to find, streamline everyday tasks, and support better planning for upcoming terms.
What’s New for Teachers
Teachers can now view inactive classes, classes past their end date, in a dedicated dashboard section with the same familiar layout as active classes.
Key Benefits
Revisit past classes to track student progress across semesters
Review assignment results from previous terms
Copy assignments from inactive classes into new ones with just a few clicks
What’s New for School Admins
School admins now have simplified access to active and inactive classes, as well as the new admin-only School Classes tab.
With this update, admins can:
Enter any class, current or past
Use the Insights feature to extract performance and progress data
View all classes schoolwide using the School Classes tab
New “Search Class” Feature
A new Search Class box appears at the top of the dashboard, allowing teachers and admins to quickly locate any class.

Faster navigation for users managing many classes
Screen-reader–friendly and keyboard-accessible design
