  • Help Students to find the right route - students can switch between AI and AA or SL and HL; with shared Core Content across the textbooks to support flexible teaching.

  • Make use of our reading and question assignments; you can assign these to individual students or a whole group. Students will receive instant feedback and learn quickly from our explanations.

  • Tailor your teaching - Use the automatically generated Statistics for your students to send them the appropriate level of our Questions:

a) Support students with Kognity’s ‘Easy’ Level Question Assignments.

b) Challenge your students with Kognity's ‘Hard’ Level Question Assignments.

The choice of Difficulty levels, helps students build on their knowledge and extend their learning.

  • Make the best use of our interactive Textbook content by sharing it with your students in the classroom. You can easily switch to 'Student view' on the right-hand side of your Table of contents: This will ensure that your students can easily identify the book location when you share your screen with them in the classroom.

  • Make use of the embedded technology in the classroom - Geogebra applets, videos, and Calculator support.

  • Use the Internal assessment guide, to help your students develop their research skills. The guide includes explanations of the criteria, examples of exploration, topics/pieces of student work along with commentary and tips/advice.

  • The Interactive Glossary helps students develop fluency with the precise language of Mathematics. The keywords are hyperlinked in blue.

  • Our International Mindedness boxes will encourage your students to reflect on the international nature and importance of Mathematics.

  • Our Investigations section helps your students to build their toolkit skills, with the development of problem-solving, reasoning, and inquiry techniques.

  • Our Making Connections boxes help students to activate their background knowledge.

We are looking forward to hearing any feedback that you may have on our new IBDP Mathematics Applications and Interpretation Standard Level Textbook.

Good Luck from your friends at Kognity!
