Accessing the "Billing" Tab
The "Billing" tab is available only to users with Administrator rights. If you are an Administrator, follow these steps:
Go to the Teacher Dashboard and click on "Manage school."
On the next page, click on the "Billing" section to access the billing information.
What You Can View on the Billing Page
On the Billing page, you will be able to view:
The school’s invoicing contact
The current subscription plan
Invoices and cost information for the upcoming renewal period
The next renewal date
You can also make payments for any outstanding invoices using a credit card by clicking 'Pay by Card.'
To view detailed invoices, click 'View Invoice' under 'Actions'.
Updating the Number of Accounts for Renewal
If the renewal date is approaching (within 120 days), you can directly update the number of accounts needed for the next year within the platform.
