To view the school’s billing information, please ask the school’s Kognity administrator to log into their Kognity account, and view ‘manage school’.
From here, please access the school’s ‘Billing’ page.
Here, you can see the school’s invoicing contact, current subscription plan, invoices, the next renewal date, and cost information for the upcoming renewal period. You can also pay an invoice by credit card, within the platform, by clicking 'pay by card'.
You can access the invoices on the 'Billing' page by clicking on 'View Invoice,' under 'Actions.'
When the renewal is upcoming (less than 120 days away), you can update the number of accounts needed for next year directly in the platform.
