How can I update the main contact/administrator or invoice contact for my school?

To view the current administrator and invoice contact for the school, please ask the school’s Kognity administrator to log into their Kognity account, and view ‘manage school’.

From here, please access the school’s ‘billing’ page.

Here, you can see the current main contact and invoice contact. To change this, please contact your account manager with the new contact name and email.
