If a teacher has gotten this pop-up message saying that they are unable to connect their Google Classroom to Kognity, it means a Google Classroom Admin has most likely disabled integrations in Google Classroom.
To resolve the issue, a setting in the Google admin page needs to be changed. This can only be done by the administrator of the school's Google account.
Go to settings, then 'Data access' and then select the checkbox that says "Users can authorize apps to access their Google Classroom data" and then click "Save".
Google Classroom changes may take up to 24 hours to update, but this solution should enable teachers to connect their classes in Kognity.
