Where can I see my pending invoices?

Here you can learn how to see invoices that are pending and make any payments needed.

To view your school’s pending invoices, please ask the school’s Kognity administrator to log into their Kognity account, and view ‘Manage school’.

From here, please access the ‘Billing’ tab.

At the bottom of this page, you can see all of your invoices issued after Jan 1st 2021, and their payment status.

Any pending invoices can be settled by credit card by clicking on the link ‘Pay with credit card’ in the 'Actions' column.

To download a copy of an invoice, please click 'View Invoice'. This will open the invoice as a pdf in a new tab in your browser, from where it can be downloaded, or the URL link can be shared with your school's purchasing or finance department.

Alternative payment methods can be found at the bottom of the invoice, such as bank transfer details. If paying by bank transfer, please remember it takes a few days to register and the invoice will not appear as paid on the system until the funds have cleared.
