To view the number of licences your school is currently subscribed to, please ask your school’s Kognity administrator to log into their Kognity account and view ‘Manage school’.
From here, please access the ‘Billing’ tab.
You’ll see all upcoming renewals listed under ‘Renewals’. To modify the number of student accounts needed for the next subscription period, please click ‘Update numbers for your renewal’ to enter the new number of students for each subscription type, and then submit.
