As a certified app, you can add Kognity in Clever following these steps:
Pre-step
Please contact Clever support and request that the content assignment tag be enabled on their backend, which populates a Content Assignment tab, which allows you to use the content mapping feature.
Integration
1.- Request Kognity from the Clever App Gallery.
2. Once your request is approved on our end, you can create your Sharing Rules. You can do this by either using our customized data sharing template or creating one of your own.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to limit the data sharing to just the classes that will be using Kognity's content.
3. Once you have completed the Sharing Rules AND the Content Assignment tab has been enabled by Clever, you can create the Assignment Rules:
a) Upload the resource file for the specific program:
b) Assign the resources for each Kognity subject:
Role: Teacher AND Student
Assigned to: Use the green "+" sign to add conditions. For examples, you can do
Course Name Contains, and match it to the names in your classes, like “Biology IB” for resource IBDP Biology SL/HL FE2025.
c) Overview the data on the next step to make sure you got all the sections. NOTE: Only sections with a Kognity resource mapped will be synced to Kognity.
