We would love to hear your feedback as it helps us to improve and provide you with an even better resource.

You can give feedback on:

  • Content

  • Questions

  • Platform

Content

When you click on a section in your student textbook, you can give us direct feedback by clicking the icon (megaphone). Once you click on the icon a pop-up window appears that allows you to give feedback on that specific section of the textbook (e.g. spelling mistakes, a suggestion to add, edit, remove content, etc).

Questions

You can leave feedback on all the questions you find on the platform: section checkpoint questions, exam-style questions, short answer questions, and multiple choice questions.

Whenever you answer questions in your textbook, you will see a button (+ Report feedback or error). If you click on this, you will be able to give direct feedback whilst completing the assignment.

Platform

You can also give feedback by clicking on the Kognity icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and talk directly to one of our support team members. Here you can get in touch to let us know what you think about Kognity's user-friendliness, design, accessibility to features, etc.

Of course, you can also use this chat function to ask general questions or to make changes to your account and access.

In addition to the incorporated feedback icons, you can always reach out to us at support@kognity.com!
