Getting Started with Integration

Import your data using our standardised data specification

Written by Kevin Jabbour

Importing Your Internal Source Data into Our Platform

Our platform requires you to import your data using a standardized format. To begin, you must select the appropriate integration based on where your data is stored. Below is a step-by-step guide to assist you in the process.

Step 1. Setup your Integration

Select the integration method based on where your data is stored:

Direct Database Connection (Preferred):

You maintain control over access, and we handle the data extraction. This method ensures seamless and secure data transfer.

File Export:

If your database isn't supported, export your data in parquet format to an S3 bucket. We provide an in-depth guide for this option.

Step 2. Data Specification

To ensure the highest forecast accuracy, all data must be provided in the following format:

Cohort Long Form (CLF): This specification requires daily cohort-level data. Delivering data in this format ensures optimal forecasting results. Please adjust your data to meet this specification.

Step 3. Data Validation

Once your data is adjusted to the CLF specification, it is crucial to perform the following validation checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. These checks should be completed before submitting your data for forecasting.

Importing Your MMP Data into Our Platform

If you lack an internal view of your data, we offer an alternative for integrating your MMP. Please note that this integration is subject to the data extraction limitations of the MMP, which means you will only have access to a partial view of your actual data.
