Step 1: Open Invitation Email
When an administrator invites you to join the web application, you will receive an email like this one:
Step 2: Accept the Invitation
You can click on either the Invitation Link or the Accept Invitation button.
This will open the Sign Up page in a new window:
Step 3: Create a Password
Place your cursor in the password field to view the password strength requirements. As you start typing your new password, the requirements will go green to indicate they have been satisfied. You can click on the Eye icon to view your password.
Step 4: Click Continue
Click on the “Continue” button to create your account. You will be logged in and redirected to your Profile page.
Step 5: Enter your name
On your profile page you can view the companies you have access to, as well as edit your name and change your password.
When you log in for the first time you will be prompted to click on the pencil icon to replace your email address with your name.
When you’re done, click anywhere outside the field to save.
Step 6: Start using the app
You’re all set! Click on the Products menu item to access your company’s products and begin using the app.
You can return to your profile page any time by clicking on your name in the menu bar and selecting Manage Profile.
