Step 1: Click Forgot Password
When logging in to the web app, if you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link below the Password field.
Step 2: Confirm your email address
Enter the email address that you use as your login, and click Continue.
If you've clicked here accidentally, you can click Back to Ramp Web Application to return to the login screen.
Step 3: Open your Email and click Confirm
A password change request email will be sent to the email address you provided. Click on the URL or the Confirm button.
If you don't receive an email, the email address you entered is not registered with an account.
Step 4: Enter your new password
A "Change Your Password" form will open in your browser. Enter your new password in both fields and click Reset password.
The password strength requirements will appear when you put your cursor into either field. Click on the Eye icon to view your password.
Step 5: Click Back to Ramp Web Application
Once your password has been successfully changed, click the Back to Ramp Web Application and you'll be logged in automatically.
