Some users may be invited to view additional companies. When accepting an invitation to a new company as an existing user, follow these steps.
Step 1: Accept Invitation
Just like your first invitation, go to your email and click either the link or the Accept Invitation button.
Step 2: Click Log in
The Sign Up form will open in a new window.
Important! As an existing user, do not enter your password here. Click on the Log in link below the Continue button to log in with your existing account.
Step 3: Sign In with your Application account
The dialog will switch to the Sign In view, and you can enter your existing application account email and password and click Continue to log in.
Important! If you have linked your Google account, you must still use your application account details to sign in when adding new companies to your account.
Step 4: Switch Companies with the Company dropdown
Once logged in, you will now see that the Company label in the header is now a menu dropdown, which you can use to switch between companies. Your original company will display the text ‘default’ to the right of it - this is the company you will always log into by default after logging out.
