If some of your contacts are missing from the app, it’s usually because Koll doesn’t have the necessary permissions in your device settings.
When you first set up Koll, the app asks for permission to access your contacts.
If you didn’t allow it at that time, the app won’t be able to read all your contacts later.
🔧 How to fix the issue:
Open your phone’s settings
Find the Koll app in the list
Make sure the contacts permission is enabled
Restart the app
Once the permission is granted, all your contacts will automatically appear in the app.
💡 Tip:
If you’ve already allowed all permissions but still don’t see your contacts, try the following:
Update the app to the latest version
Check that your contacts are saved on your device (not only on the SIM card or in a separate app)
