🎬 1. Auto-publish and collaborate on Reels content
Reels are a powerful way to reach new audiences and boost engagement. But posting them manually? Time-consuming and stressful.
Now, you can bulk-schedule your Reels in advance, and Kontentino will automatically publish them for you. Combine that with seamless in-app collaboration, approvals, and comments — and your Reels workflow just got a major upgrade.
Here’s how to get started:
Open Kontentino and make sure your Instagram account is connected. [Here’s how to connect it. 🔗]
Choose your Instagram profile and click New post → Post type: Reel.
Upload your video (from your device or Media Library).
👉 Pro tip: Toggle “Share to feed” if you’d like your Reel to appear on your Instagram grid.
💬 Add hashtags, tag teammates & preview in a grid
Easily add hashtags by clicking the # icon in the post text. You can pick from your saved hashtag presets or add new ones.
Tag teammates, assign tasks, or leave comments — everything stays neatly organized next to the Reel preview.
Want to visualize your feed? Preview your posts (including Reels!) in grid view and drag & drop them for the perfect layout.
🕒 Schedule your Reel
Once your Reel is ready, set the date and time for publishing, Save the post and hit Schedule post.
✅ That’s it — your Reel will be published automatically at the scheduled time.

⚙️ Requirements & limitations
Auto-publishing is available for Instagram Business accounts.
You can auto-publish:
Single image or video posts
Reels
Carousel posts (multiple images/videos)
Stories (auto or via mobile app, depending on API features like stickers or music)
Reel specs:
Max width: 1920 px
Aspect ratio: 0.01:1–10:1 (recommended 9:16)
Duration: 3 seconds to 15 minutes
File size: up to 300 MB

🖼️ 2. Set a custom thumbnail for your videos
Alongside Reels auto-publishing, you can now set a custom thumbnail for Facebook and Instagram video posts.
To add one for an Instagram reel:
Hover over the video in the Media section and click the 🎞️ Film icon.
Upload a custom thumbnail or pick a snapshot from the video using the slider.
Click Set thumbnail → Save changes.
To add one for a Facebook video:
Scroll down to the Custom thumbnail section
Upload a custom thumbnail from your device
Click Save changes.
