Did your Pinterest posts fail to publish, or can you not connect your Pinterest profile to Kontentino? Here are 4 simple steps that will help you solve it:
1. Check if you have a role assigned to your Business account
Log in to your Pinterest business account > go to your profile > Business Access:
Go to Members > Employees and check if you have a role assigned as a Manager:
If not, please ask an Admin or Manager in the account to invite you through > Add employees:
2. Remove Kontentino integration on Pinterest
Go to your Pinterest account > Settings > Security and logins > click on Revoke Access:
3. Log in to Pinterest in Kontentino's Social Login
Once the access is revoked, go back to Kontentino > My profile > Social login > Pinterest > click on Login > Give access:
Now, the permissions are refreshed:
4. Reconnect your Pinterest profile in the Kontentino profile settings
Go to Settings > Profiles > click on Edit of your Pinterest profile > scroll down and click on Remove authorization:
Then select Sign in with Pinterest > connect the board again > Save the setting:
Now you're all set! Go and try to schedule your post, or connect your Pinterest profile.
