If you’ve lost your Kontist by Shine Visa card, it has been stolen, or you notice any unusual transactions, you can block your card at any time directly in the mobile app.
Important: Block your card immediately if something seems suspicious. You can unblock it later – just as easily in the app.
How to block your card:
Open the Kontist by Shine app
Go to Cards
Select "Block card"
