This function is only available if you are a customer of Kontist Bookkeeping. To submit your monthly or quarterly VAT declaration, follow these steps:
Login to the Kontist Web App on your computer.
Go to “Bookkeeping”.
Click on “Check your VAT declaration”.
Confirm your transactions. You can change the category of any booked transaction.
Click on “Confirm VAT declaration” and then again on “Submit VAT declaration”.
This way you submit the monthly / quarterly VAT declaration to the tax office (Finanzamt) through an Elster integration that is integrated into the app.
