How can I automate the forwarding of receipts?

Create an email folder where you collect all your digital invoices and receipts that are relevant to your business. Set up an automatic forwarding in your email settings that takes effect when the following conditions are met:

  • The text contains “Invoice” or “Rechnung”

  • The email has an attachment

If you wish that only emails from a certain folder are forwarded, you have to add this to the filter.
