You can still open your account even if you haven’t officially founded your business yet.
However, your company must be founded and registered with the tax office within 3 months of opening the account.
For GmbH and UG in formation:
Once your company is officially registered, please send us a current commercial register document. This way, your account can continue to be used without any restrictions.
