In the data query for the tax returns, we request the data for only one car. If you have used several cars as part of your self-employment, you can submit the information to us after you have completed the questionnaire on vehicle use:

Click in the questionnaire on car use

Click on the symbol to submit further documents:

Select from the drop-down menu which documents you would like to submit.
4) Step
Upload the relevant receipts in the web app.
Important: Please describe in the comment field for which car the document was uploaded. For each additional car, please describe how the car was used and how the private use should be taken into account (logbook or 1% method).
e.g: Car no. 2 was used 60% for business purposes, private use is to be determined using the 1% method.
Please try to select the correct type of receipt in the receipt upload and indicate in the comment field which car (car no. 2, car no. 3,...) is involved.
