To report a bug and allow us to help you in the best possible way, we need to first understand the circumstances of the bug.
To report a bug:
First, try to uninstall and reinstall the application.
If it doesn't work, contact the product team or customer support.
Indicate the model of your device, your operating system version, and the version of Koober you are using.
Establish the context (What did I do before? What did I click on?).
Detail everything that happened.
Send a screenshot or, if possible, a video capture.
The more you go into detail about the bug, the more you allow us to understand why the problem occurred. As a result, you will have a better chance of seeing it fixed 🤞!
