To report a bug and allow us to help you in the best possible way, we need to first understand the circumstances of the bug.

To report a bug:

  • First, try to uninstall and reinstall the application.

  • If it doesn't work, contact the product team or customer support.

  • Indicate the model of your device, your operating system version, and the version of Koober you are using.

  • Establish the context (What did I do before? What did I click on?).

  • Detail everything that happened.

  • Send a screenshot or, if possible, a video capture.

The more you go into detail about the bug, the more you allow us to understand why the problem occurred. As a result, you will have a better chance of seeing it fixed ­čĄ×!
