This article has been written for the Koru Kids Nanny Service for nannies who are thinking about applying.

Being a Koru Kids after school nanny is a really fun and rewarding part time job.

You’ll collect the children from school, help with homework, give them dinner and most importantly get to play and have fun with them until their parents get home.

The hours are minimum of 9 hours (typically 3pm-6pm, 3 afternoons a week), and up to 15 hours (typically 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday afternoons) during school term time.

You'll play a really important part in helping a local working family, and you’ll form close bonds with children.

It fits around your life or university timetable. The part time afternoon hours leave your mornings, evenings and weekends free.

It's local. We will try and match you with a family that live within a 30 minute commute of your chosen postcode.

It looks great on your CV, and we provide you with training including paediatric first aid. We’ll also do a free DBS check for you once you are matched with a family.
