This article has been written for the Koru Kids Nanny Service for nannies who are thinking about applying.

If you think that you have a health condition that may impact your ability to carry out your duties as a nanny, you may still be eligible to become a Koru Kids nanny as adjustments could be made.

We would need to speak to you individually to figure out what you need, and what would be the best kind of role for you. For example, it might be that a 'shared care' role suits you best if you have a condition which could prevent you from keeping children safe in sole care.

We are committed to making all reasonable adjustments to help you train and secure a great role, and to supporting parent employers to do so.

Please drop us an email at declarations@korukids.co.uk to discuss.
