All of our nannies are at least 18 years old and have demonstrated relevant childcare experience. This could include things such as babysitting, nannying, helping at their local youth group, or even raising their own children.

Nannies also have to pass our further screening process, which involves a written application, at least two excellent references taken by us, plus most candidates have to pass a phone interview.

We expect all nannies to be passionate about working with kids – they have to be full of fun ideas and understand the responsibility they are taking on.
