We carefully vet all of our nanny applicants and less than 10% make it through. We collect at least two detailed references for each candidate, check their ID documents, and ask them to complete a health declaration. Read more about the process here.
Age and Experience
All of our nannies are at least 18 years old and have relevant childcare experience, including:
Babysitting
Nannying
Volunteering at local youth groups
Raising their own children
Key Qualities
We look for nannies who are:
Reliable
Responsible
Proactive
Have good judgment
Enthusiastic about working with children
Passionate about child development, fun ideas, and understand the responsibility involved
Screening Process
Nannies must pass our comprehensive screening process, which includes:
A written application
ID checks

Enhanced DBS Check and First Aid
We will process an enhanced DBS check for each nanny - Find important information about the DBS check process here.

Training
Nannies must complete an in-depth online training course, designed by our team of qualified teachers and former nannies.
